Military surplus green individual first aid kit (IFAK) insert. This is typically used to organize the contents of your IFAK or Pocket Medic pouch, which are available separately. No medical supplies are sold with the insert.

We’ve seen both obviously used and what appears to be new/unissued in our piles of stuff.
