UCP Pocket, Medic

Military surplus UCP pattern Pocket, Medic pouch. Similar to the IFAK, but has a nice heavy YKK zipper instead of buckle closure, and a velcro flap. IFAK insert not included, but is available separately.

Sadly, this is not a medic in a pocket, which is what we hoped for when we bought them. Having a salty medic pop out of the pouch to offer some motrin and a change of socks would have been awesome.

We’ve seen both obviously used and what appears to be new/unissued in our piles of stuff.
